Luckily I did learn something from sgh & sold my small holding early on. The part of me that wants to buy a bargain was fortunately kept in check by the part that knows management & cycles are what makes a businesses potential. Even well run retail & franchise businesses are struggling & this last announcement (with the impotence shown adapting ailing brands) demonstrates that management aren't worth the risk!!! From what I've seen this is the 2nd worst run business I've been FOOlishly invested in! (I hope)
