The HY cash statement looks grim. CF from operating activities is down significantly, they paid down debt but they made money through investing activities. Its not a good sign when the investing activities section shows positive cash flow. The paying down of debt looks to have been financed entirely by the sale of a lease right & a stake in a some cinema company in Singapore.
From the trading update: "The outstanding success of the Commonwealth Games for the Gold Coast should see the Parks benefit in the longer term from the highly visible media coverage generating tourism growth into the region"
Really? People are going to go to the Gold Coast because they saw it on tv watching the Commonwealth Games?
