My quick calcs suggest if EBITDA rises from $14M to $20M, then NPAT is likely to raise from $9M to say $12.3M
But due to the Cassons raising and the big increase in shares on issue from 38 million to 62 million , EPS will fall from $0.24 to $0.20 per share.
So MTO is trading on a PE 16 right now. Perhaps further downside if the sector gets a 'low growth' tag.
So, as we speak, Cassons has provided business scale, but little value to existing shareholders.
Because of the expansion in share base since listing, I think MTO has lost some of its early gloss and I am reviewing my holding.
