one big mistake Sigma has made in the past: it made/allowed CW to grow to a size of monster by giving them superior terms and discount, it not only upset the other chemists but also getting bitten today by the problem they created.
I read the earning downgrade a bad news, however letting CW go and free up $300m plus fund is a positive to Sigma.
