Yep...you have a point...however, in these uncertain times bargains begin to appear in the property market and its ancillary suppliers such as CAA.
It is a relief that CAA has plenty of cash in the bank and a $50.5m finance facility negotiated through to Jan 2020.
Sure, the shrinking property market is taking its toll but CAA will realize cost savings when its automations project and consolidation of WA warehouses is completed.
Plus, we don't have to face off to the tax man any time soon because there is still some $281m in tax losses.
