Cannot answer your question Guy, other than to offer two possibilities:
(1) Facility fee for an as yet unused loan of $50m and
(2) Could fees with respect to hedging USD for acquisition of aluminium be a possibility.
Might be worthy of an email to the CFO. The fee was $750k (from memory) but perhaps not immaterial when compared to projected NPAT.
I see it as "insurance" in these uncertain times to have the ability to fund up to around $75m without a phone call to the bankers. If things get tough, opportunities might well pop up.
