Disagree with you Jamwolf. This is a BIG issue and a very unfair advantage to those who would rort the system. The good news is that recently we won a considerble case. Check it out, CAA named as the appellant. l'm very surprised CAA having crowed more about it, but the punitive damages are yet to be decided.
