    These 2 announcements should surely bring an investigation from ASIC. When did they know they would miss EPS growth ? I am betting it was long before today. When did they know the the CFO was leaving ? Someone mentioned it on this board a while ago. He leaves in the same day ? Sounds more like a termination. Anyway div, cashflow and US/international growth are all positive.
