Devil in the detail.
american sales in second half are equal to second half of last year or very near which isn’t great.
australian sales for the whole year are down 10 mil.
I know they say bad weather etc ect but I watch the weather forecasts (for other reasons) and it wasn’t that cold in the cities where they claim sales issues so some of this is a badly run company and they are trying to hide it from investors which is obviously terrible from an investment point of view.
Like thinking through the possibilities leaves little hope. Perhaps management think investors are too dumb to see through the inconsistency of their excuses (read easier to lie about problem than solve it).
Perhaps others are doing better business for lower prices and they don’t want to accept the facts so they lie to themselves.
Not upset about losing managerial staff here. Kinda hoping a new CFO can shed some light on the actual cause of these miscellaneous unexpected issues.
I see lots of positives in other sections including their r&d costs
