    $365m@6% average interest equates 22m interest cost alone, if the rental business was impacted as disclosed, that is lots of none performing assets sit on the book ...

    their rental income would be 140m a year tops, cash flow wise, dont think they can afford 15% margin to pay interest, I am surprised they havent updated market regard its finance convt terms.
