    FY 19 report states that the NZ and Canadian facilities are linked to standard debt covenants including shareholders funds and current ratios. No detail as to what the limits are. With the price at its all time low of .28C and below what is considered to be NTA there may be some problems there IMO. Management should be actively pursuing strategies to overcome balance sheet and SP decreases right now!!
