You would think at this point that management would recognise that they need to inform the market in regard to debt covenants if there was nothing to worry about. The fact that they haven’t said boo and have allowed the continued destruction of the share price suggests that maybe there is a problem. The longer they wait to do a cap raise, the lower the sp will be.they just need to get it done ASAP.
