Not exactly the companies fault of course but now that the one part of the business which was holding them up has been affected there had to be a downgrade. The problem now is assessing how long it will take for tourism to pick up again in those badly affected areas and the bottom line for tourism businesses which rely on its attraction. The south coast of NSW and the northern coast and high country of VIc are beautiful places but they will not exactly be places to sight see for a while. Hopefully the tourists will adjust their visitation but my guess is the cancellations will be numerous and the extensive local and international media coverage will steer overseas visitors away. Could be a while before normality resumes and hope for any pickup in SP.
