They had an offer price of $2.70 a few months ago and are sitting on a nice cash position. Even if they have a shocking 12-18 months I can't see how the valuation would drop that much.
Interesting that you could not get hold of the stock at $2.75 in the IPO and they came on at around $3.40 in December and then kept going to around $5.40. The total company value is now $774 million (496 mil shares at $1.56) down from over two billion. However, they have growth of around 25-30 % a month in revenue, year on year. A banking license. Revenue of $117 million in the first half. Net assets of $201 million including $140 million cash at Jan 1. They have payments technology which is better ( more effective at accepting more payments and less costly) than any competitor. Many hospitality and accommodation businesses are indeed going to get hammered for a few months by the virus so there has to be a negative effect on some revenue. Also, the delay in getting assigned to market indexes due to S&P stopping all changes until the volatility reduces has delayed institutional demand. Maybe this is a stock to buy when there is a sign of a turn around in the epidemic it will certainly be worth a multiple of its present value in a couple of years IMO. It is a long term growth stock with a short term slow down in revenue growth momentum due to an extreme external event. I think it just is a matter of deciding on your time perspective.
