    My guess would be an internal lowball buyout would come long before those sorts of figures. Just remember what the founders were paid at IPO. If they were good managers they would be cashed up bigtime and could buy back at about 1/16 of the sale price into the market even at todays SP let alone a 1c or 2c price.
