This is pre me doing my 2nd round of research on it but I think maybe when we see the otherside of the bell curve in store shut downs in the UK and the state of stores in Australia and then it'd be a nice time to put a little speculator out. As of right now still a tonne of risk but this is a store that was running at a high net margin and I did research before and will do again. Watchlist high
