You sound very bitter that they didn't use dilution to raise money KS, they didn't need to they have a banks backing, no dilution to the number of shares, that was a great move by PNV, especially with the new staff coming on board as well, bringing in new hospitals with repeat orders as well, sales people can still work from home so there shouldn't be a covid19 impact and as DW said at the AGM these new people pay for themselves in a few months.
So we can now look forward to increasing sales over the next few months without having suffered any dilution, and any talk now of a cap raise by diluting the existing shareholders holdings is dead, they didn't need it KS.
And yes you probably do have an interest in both via Regal, you backed the wrong horse, you are on a donkey!
