Being shorted heavily after the pandemic in March on the hope for an outbreak in its managed places, Now nothing happened so the shorters are playing with it trying to cover by moving it up and down for no reason for last few weeks.Ultimately if we don't see a second wave it will be at least $2 in normal circumstances.
