on a PE ratio of 11 and fully franked dividend yield of 5.4% ( more than well covered by earnings ),
this cannot be compared to TPW which is on PE over 100,
very oversold today despite an excellent announcement, so I could not resist buying some below 8.60.
after today's excellent announcement, which the market seems to have foolishly ignored,
EPS would have to rise this year by at least another 10% which would put it on a PE of 10, higher dividends yet again,
and this has the best ROE of any retailer at consistently over 40% year after year.
plus they own the building and land of 8 of their properties which would be worth a fortune if they ever wanted
to sell them.
