Agreed mate, there is no fundamental or technical reason to wait for sub $24. Next major support is around $22, you might as well wait for that if you are really greedy. APX has rebounded today back to $25 support. Unless broader mkt tanks, the $24-26 range looks to be APX consolidation range for the next month.
