that the nature of the market, nothing going to happen on these fronts, fraud, manipulation, short stacking, bad management
you name it it probably exist in some form but there is nothing you can do about it.

you just have to taken these risk in when you are dealing with the market, these events are outside your control, no point crying over it do something that you can control and that is managing your risk and discount for these event when you buy and sell shares.
