Market share is the golden goose here. I can assure you that market share numbers are what will drive market cap. If they can carve out a defensible market share then the acquisition cost will legitimise a market cap of $150m.
As i was typing this I realised that revenue per client is probably equally important as other businesses that had a higher value here have been acquired for enormous multiples of revenue.
