With the gradual 'normalisation' of markets, the pent-up demand for dental services and the increase in sales teams which has been put in place over recent years I'm expecting a fairly rapid rebound.
It's also possible (as has been evidenced in Australia with increased demand for cars, houses and consumer goods) that people across SDI's markets will be looking to spend a greater proportion of their income on their appearance now that they are just not spending so much on travel. Aesthetics and Whitening products looked well placed.
As I've asked for years - what do we do with Brazil? I know it's been seen as a beachhead for the lucrative Latin American market, however we've never been able to make it work. Am I allowed to ask whether Brazil was the best place to come ashore in South America? Will be of interest again in the next report.
