I should add that I see no reason why Thorney can't provide both the carrot of access to deep relationships and broad support during the company's expansion, but also the stick of the threat of restructure or removal to stoke a fire of accountability under MF each and every day. I expect the demands for accountability to become louder as the company gains recognition/attention and draws in more capital, which it is likely to need a lot of as it grows.
