Based on this app download chart for the past 90 days.

As usual, downloads decline gradually from February onwards, usually find a bottom around mid year.

This chart shows a clear increase in download rank starting early from the magic date of April 13th. (Note: this is only relevant as a comparison to other app download numbers, not an accurate depiction of actual download increase, however this pattern is unusual for this time of year)
