Total sales are down 23% compared to the same 19 weeks last year. This equates to total year-to-date sales are estimated to be down in the range of $10 to $11 million and year-to-date pro forma EBIT is estimated to be down in the range of $6 to $7 million.
If we calculate from LY, H1FY21 was EBIT was $28mill. Down $6-7mill in the first 4 months, this equates to around 9-10mill down if this trading continues. Looking at around $18mill EBIT for the first half.
NPAT was $19mill -> equates to 67% of EBIT. 67% of $18mill EBIT equates to $12mill NPAT for the half that is meant to be the biggest of the quarters given the December sales.
EBIT over $60mill? WTF.
