Trust is slipping away however, having watched PFT SP decline over recent times.
One has to question, Is it being ground down with a bigger picture in mind?
Look at TFL, the price there has changed little over time and look who is now the largest stock holder.

A lot of people have an opinion on JC, they forget the successes JC has experienced.

Let's think about it, both companies operate with an approximate market cap of $35m and both have their niche markets. Also there's some similar and complimentary products produced as well.
Currently PFT experiences a x5 SP (but declining) of that of TFL.
As the world grasps at clean green, would now not be the time to "merge" PFT & TFL into one?
Upsides;
Reduced carbon footprint
Heavely reduced overhead costs, sure some managers scphincter will be twitching when that's mentioned.
As we know, correctly structured and well managed companies will survive the current climate.
Consolidated head office
Better purchasing power
Overall operation streamlining, better value for SH's
Both have cash available, if required.

I'm not from Tassie and not sure if it's like Northern and Southern Ireland there, if not then working to common goal, surely has to be seriously considered.
