I suspect things have turned faster than they had expected.
You just have to go back to Sept Change of Substantial holder where Ruffy (Major Shareholder) bought over 8m shares at an average of $0.2158 and a high of $0.22 (or $2.158 and high of $2.20 post consolidation)
Ruffy has 2 board members so I suspect he would know whats going on in the background.
Also Tim Welsh the new CEO has hardly got his feet under the desk and needs more time.
Don't forget they are mid ERP upgrade.
The overall market has been drifting lower.
At these levels if I had the free cash I would be buying in!
