I anticipate he’ll agitate for capital returns (buyback or large div recap at HY results), given the approx $100M of cash on hand at the end of the last HY and $100M room in the working capital facility. I don’t think it would be a great LT move, but, in the absence of a T/O, it’s probably the best way to force Myer to trim their operational costs.
