No doubt that the upcoming announcement will be good on the 17th of Feb.. The market may see this update as a desperate attempt to keep the SP elevated.. Very strange movement, Those who bought in at above $10 may also be looking to exit and put their money elsewhere.. Love relationships between holder & stock do sometimes fall apart.. I would love to own this wonderful company and will look for an entry point..
44% of the company is owned by retail shareholders and they may simply be selling because they see the chart heading down and they don't want to be holding the bag if it goes lower, I doubt many would read these announcements but may well own a gold detector. Mass hysteria! Two institutions selling at the same time for whatever reason will also cause a slump like this one.
I generally do not see a reason for the SP to go lower but expect it will..
