This is a reasonable example of a Brisbane to Adelaide intermodal (container freight train) having 10 LAU railable containers in its lengthy consist.
I'd guess most of these LAU containers were bound for Perth not Adelaide, but in any case they'd be attached to a Perth-bound train in Adelaide even though it's extra kilometres, as the Sydney - Perth and Melbourne - Adelaide -Perth lines junction at Crystal Brook, south of Port Augusta, South Australia:
