Well it is actually interesting to see that the SP has retracted some cool ~90% since the release of the first post in this thread ($0.60). At that time the SP was already ~60% down. AMS is either going to go into administration as it runs out of cash or to continue diluting holders through CRs and then go into administration/take-over.

It actually interesting that the IP, stock levels and Atomos brand are all amounting to much more than its current MC indicates, however, the Board and Management are setting off so many red flags that the Market simply does not have any interest in this stock (that is within an inch of either bankruptcy or take-over).

I may have a gamble and re-enter AMS with a few grand worth of stock if it goes into $0.05s, just for a laugh and to watch this disaster from the front row. Would be a miracle of 2023 if this thing recovers.
