    A case of torturing the statistics to confess something.

    We only reduced our GCI by 10%....yay!!!

    But that was with the addition of 75 extra agents.

    This is masking how bad things really are out there in real estate lands.

    The company needs to increase spending as they have advised.

    Clearly a friendly broker is working hard to keep the SP VWAP at a level so that the impending capital raise isnt too dilutive.

    They will struggle to get major support from 708's who have lost capital on every single previous raise.
