    This stock is a bit of an enigma to me.

    The new listing numbers across Australia have fallen off a cliff.

    The sales that are occurring are at 10-20% less than prices 1 year ago.

    The outlook for the entire real estate sector is shocking to say the least as we potentially fall into a global recession.

    And YET no one is really selling to get what is likely to be the best prices this stock will see for some years.

    I believe they will need to to raise again soon. Lets see what happens.
