The buying recently looks to me like which ever broker is likely supporting the next cap raise is doing their bit to keep the SP at this level.
Which is fine considering there is not much selling pressure...yet.
With real estate transaction volumes massively down across the country and the fixed rate expiry cliff months away sentiment is absolutely going to tank in my view.
For the time being, vendors are delaying the sale which is why the numbers are so low. Will be an interesting couple of months.
