those bonuses were part of the IPO, and were outlined in the prospectus, so they are not a surprise to anyone. Obviously, they are one off costs, I do think his wage is justified, given the way he is pioneering the company on the global arena. You can't look at the share price as an indication of his performance. everything has been smashed recently, including some of the best (& growing) companies, as you are aware as we are co invested in a few companies. I do think the turning point with this company will be when they can get enough connected devices on their platform to bring in substantial recurring revenue, which are very high margin, it may take a few years, but if they can execute, it should be an extremely valuable company. all in my opinion of course
