the management has put in considerable effort and has the right strategy and vision to turn codan into a less cyclical business…
they have executed the strategy slowly and steadily using excess cash generated in the good times
I believe in 10 years time codan will be much stable cash generating machine
compare them to other businesses on the asx which make disastrous acquisitions on debt, codan is a much much superior business and way better shareholder oriented management
