Stop looking at what the profit is, and what the profit will be. They're making a loss this half and the market obviously has no confidence in them backing up the same margins as previously shown given the increasing cost base of new stores.
Watch out for using NTA here, they have $31million of ROU assets that are included in the tangibles when they're intangible. This would make the NTA about $0.20 instead.
