I doubt anyone here believes Dusk is going to thrive through...

I doubt anyone here believes Dusk is going to thrive through this period. I suspect most think:

1. The recession may be milder and/or briefer than many predict; and/or
2. Dusk's products, which generally are gifts, will still sell enough to stay in the black; and/or
3. Dusk, one way or another, will survive the downturn and the value on offer right now will look obscene in retrospect.

The business has been around for 23 years. It's probably facing its biggest challenge now but it has weathered difficult conditions before.

It's vertically integrated and conservatively managed, with zero debt and cash on hand. Those factors reduce its risk substantially. There are very good reasons to be cautious but at an enterprise value of ~$35 million, the long-term upside could also be enormous.
