The limitations of the previous management, including cost management is on the table. The review may find many faults perhaps some surprises but overall most of us know we are not in a good place. The share price shouts the mess we are in.
The review should be looking forward. Finding solutions for China sales, improving supply chain management, improving financial management (especially cost management).
IMO there is a lot of positives to build on. The underlying business concept is good. There is a large potential market. The company has good production assets. The bones are here. If new leadership can reshape the strategy and drive delivery the financial results can be turned around.
The quicker we move on from power plays the better.
