What are the odds that AZ Global / A2 Andy are supporting this push by Kristy and co precisely so that they can avoid / further delay those payments?
Was there ever any explanation as to why they could not move that inventory in the first place?
Can AZ even make the $5.7M payment and survive financially?
The whole thing is such a farce, its been easy to over look the major conflicts of interest between these parties (AZ Global, Kristy, Peter Nathan). They are all desperate and mutually dependent with a history of scratching each others backs. It's sketchy.
