It just means that they are cancelling the shares repurchased so far. This doesn't mean the buyback program has stopped.
I got into this too early in the $1.80's but in the $1.30's the company should be gorging themselves on shares through the buyback. They may go into a blackout period in a week or two so hopefully they buy a few shares before then.
