I agree there has been a build up in inventory but with that type of growth in sales, theoretically you need to spend about 1.3m in P&M to make the 2.7 in a qtr (remember gross margins are 60%). So they need to keep P&M up to keep up with the growing sales. I would estimate that revenue would need to be closer to 3 - 3.1m. Let see
