radiologist costs could possibly increase substantially just a guess. recently some newer companies have offered radiologists to work remote in tax less countries like Dubai. whilst reporting imaging done on Australia. imagine the Aussie radiologist earning 600k per annum and taking home 400k or so and the Aussie radiologist working in Dubai earning 600k per annum and taking home 600k? to match wages potentially the Aussie radiologist would have to be paid perhaps 1 million. blame it all on our inefficient progressive tax structure.
hypothetically if this leads to a price war for radiologists, there will be barely any if not no profit left.
