tax office claims tax on Australian derived income for all Australian citizens so limited tax reduction opportunities for the majority who are Australian citizens.
cost rises in radiologist fees are likely yes but gradual and unrelated to outsourcing overseas. More to do with Medicare and radiologist fees not being indexed for 2 decades so fallen behind.
