You just prompted me to have a look at the details of the HLS raise. Dear Lord it looks like an absolute shocker! Additional 27.4% of current shares on issue at a near 40% discount to its last trading price. The amount raised doesn't make too much of a dent to their overall net debt position either..... desperado's
