Happy to see the debt was paid down and agency costs have come in, two items that were seemingly spiralling.
Some disclosure around the 6 centres to be divested would have been welcomed - I think shareholders should be informed whether they are old Mayfield centres that have declined overtime or Genius centres recently purchased?
I don't recall Mayfield ever disclosing having centres with such a low occupancy yet a group of 6 are averaging out at <40% between them?
