you are right, inflation coming down doesn't mean price come down unless it is deflation, go negative. price can only come down due to productivity and competition. interest rate come down do have some effect. depending on what market segment. inflation has to go up for it to be worth while to invest but not to the point where you have nothing left to invest or spend.
