I think this is the biggest reason for today’s bloodbath. DMP even on today’s numbers increased sale by 8%, which is reasonable. KFC parent company is trading around pe of 19 without much growth. Domino USA is trading around 28 and so is MacDonald around 26. Assuming DMP gets its act together and achieve stated savings on restructure and raw material and a subdued growth, it will reach 2.15+ EPS by 2026. That is expecting France and Japan to be flat. Current price of $40 looks cheap and few weeks it would have settled down.
