These seems to be good investments at the moment, specially Germany & Singapore. ROE is very high around 30% for any industry.Cashflow is excellent. If DMP consolidate their position for 2 or 3 years without further expansion, capital will look reasonable. This will help to mitigate the interest rate increases which will hit DMP over next 3-5 years. In any case inflation coming down world over and you can expect interest rate to be down too, not pre Covid rate. As pointed out by fat tail the business model is excellent, only worried about capital control. In my opinion if business model is good and positive cashflow, anything else can be managed.
